Blow Molding

Blow molding :

This method is to blow air inside divided mold and use air pressure to expand softened parison of thermoplastic or sheetto stick it on the inside wall of the mold and simultaneously cool the material to get the products. This method can be also called blow molding or blowing. Generally, extrude or emit heated and melted thermoplastic to make preformed parison or coupled sheet and insert those into a mold, and then blow air to mold blow products.

There are several types depending on the molding method of parison such as injection blow molding, extruding blow molding, sheet blow molding (sheet parison type), direct blow molding, and injection and erosion blow molding.

1) Insert resin material into extruder.

2) Resin inserted into extruder melts by the frictional heat of screw and surrounding heat, and then transferred to Die/Head of extruder.
