Welding process – Hot / Vibration / Ultra sonic welding

Welding is join together (separated plastic parts) by heating the surfaces to the point of melting using Heat, Vibration or Ultrasonic, and uniting them by pressing, vibrating, etc.Generally, welding process use Fixing jig to fix each separated part before join together by welding.

The welding method can be selected and determined according to the part characteristics and the process method.
